Motion <br />passed by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Hoefner abstained due to his absence at the last meeting. Brauneis forwarded the approval to <br />the next meeting due to lack of a quorum. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br />NEW BUSINESS — DISCUSSION/DIRECTION <br />RE Zone District Code Amendment — Staff requests that Planning Commission discuss <br />possible options for a code amendment related to Residential Estate lot coverage <br />standards. <br />• Applicant and Representative: City of Louisville <br />• Case Manager: Lisa Ritchie, Associate Planner <br />Ritchie stated that City Council had requested staff evaluate the Residential Estate Zone District <br />(RE) standards in the Louisville Code under the City Council Work Plan for 2018. Staff presents <br />this as discussion and direction (no action) from the Planning Commission related to amending <br />the Residential Estate Zone Districts (RE) standards. <br />Ritchie provided background on the RE zone distinction.
