LL <br />L[]L11SV11le <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 10, 2018 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Brauneis called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />David Hsu, Vice <br />Keaton Howe <br />Dietrich Hoefner <br />Jeff Moline <br />Debra Williams, Secretary <br />Tom Rice <br />Staff Members Present: Rob Zuccaro, Dir of Planning & Building Safety <br />Kristin Dean, Principal Planner <br />Lisa Ritchie, Associate Planner <br />Amelia Brackett, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Moline moved and Hsu seconded a motion to approve the May 10, 2018 agenda. Motion <br />passed by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Hoefner abstained due to his absence at the last meeting. Brauneis forwarded the approval to <br />the next meeting due to lack of a quorum. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br />NEW BUSINESS — DISCUSSION/DIRECTION <br />RE Zone District Code Amendment — Staff requests that Planning Commission discuss <br />possible options for a code amendment related to Residential Estate lot coverage <br />standards. <br />• Applicant and Representative: City of Louisville <br />• Case Manager: Lisa Ritchie, Associate Planner <br />Ritchie stated that City Council had requested staff evaluate the Residential Estate Zone District <br />(RE) standards in the Louisville Code under the City Council Work Plan for 2018. Staff presents <br />this as discussion and direction (no action) from the Planning Commission related to amending <br />the Residential Estate Zone Districts (RE) standards. <br />Ritchie provided background on the RE zone distinction.
