L City(?f <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 12, 2018 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Vice Chair Hsu called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />David Hsu, Vice Chair <br />Keaton Howe <br />Dietrich Hoefner <br />Jeff Moline <br />Tom Rice <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Debra Williams, Secretary <br />Staff Members Present: Rob Zuccaro, Dir of Planning & Building Safety <br />Kristin Dean, Principal Planner <br />Lisa Ritchie, Associate Planner <br />Amelia Brackett, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Moline moved and Hsu seconded a motion to approve the July 12, 2018 agenda with an <br />amendment to approve the April minutes. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Hsu forwarded approval of the April minutes to the next meeting due to lack of quorum. <br />Rice abstained from approval of the May minutes due to his absence at that meeting. <br />Moline moved to approve the May minutes. Howe seconded. Rice abstained.
