Dillon Road, Suite C2-5. <br /> <br />Lipton moved to set the Boundaries of the Neighborhood for the application as the city limits of <br />Louisville, COand that the date for the Public Hearing scheduled <br />meeting on October 30, 2000 at 7:00 pim. Counci~Chambers on of the City <br />Hall building located at 749Main Street~Louisville, CO. Chairperson Myers seconded the <br /> · Roll Call Vote: Kimmett - yes, Evans-- yes, Lipton - yes, Myers - yes. All members <br />were in favor, motion paSsed. <br /> <br />Sergeant Riggins momentarily left the meeting to assist a citizen looking for the Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers requested the Secretary's report be presented while waiting for Sergeant <br />Riggins to return to the meeting. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />A. Noodles & Company - Individual History Records <br /> <br />B. Direction from Authority on Police Reports <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk Bolte advised the Authority that Noodles & Company submitted the <br />requested individual history applications and fingerprint cards for the remaining officers on <br />August 8, 2000 to the State as required by the Local Licensing Authority. Results of the CBI <br />investigation of Thomas Weigand and Aaron Kennedy were clear. Bolte continued that the <br />results of the background checks on the remaining officers would not be available for another <br />two weeks and apologized to Chairperson Myers for misstating the turn around time required <br />when establishing a master file. <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk Bolte advised members that L & G Liquor was closed on Thursday, August <br />24th and Friday, August 25th as ordered by the Authority in the amended Decision and Order of <br />July 31, 2000. <br /> <br />Bolte also noted the receipt of a partial liquor license application from Sanabria Enterprise, Inc. <br />d/b/a Abo's Pizza for a Beer & Wine liquor license. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
