McCaslin Boulevard; Lot 1, Centennial Pavilions Filing No. 1, with the following condition: <br />1. Prior to the recordation of the plat, the applicant shall record an agreement between the <br />four lots to establish shared parking, cross access, and overall maintenance. <br />Commission Questions of Staff - <br />Rice asks what the practical effect of this is. They are creating four lots whereas there was one. <br />Does this make it easier to convey the property? <br />Trice says it is easier for them to manage from a condo perspective. Going from 16 condo units <br />to four lots is easier. <br />Rice says regarding parking, because it was one lot originally, the criteria were met by the <br />aggregate parking, but now that it will be divided into four lots, we have deficit in a couple <br />places.
