Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />June 22, 2020 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the <br />Authority and the consent agenda as a whole shall be approved not as individual items, <br />accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing <br />Authority or Authority Member specifically requests such item be considered under "Authority <br />Business". In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Agenda" and the <br />Authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those <br />items so approved under the heading "Consent Agenda" will appear in the Authority minutes <br />in their proper order. <br />A. Renewal Application — Cinnebarre — Hotel and Restaurant Liquor <br />License — 1164 W Dillon Road <br />C. Renewal Application — Qdoba— Hotel and Restaurant Liquor <br />License — 459 S McCaslin Blvd Suite 1 <br />D. Renewal Application — Miles Sports — Hotel and Restaurant Liquor <br />License — 328 S McCaslin Blvd <br />E. Renewal Application — Henrys — Tavern Liquor License — 935 <br />Pine St <br />F. Report of Changes — King Soopers #13 — Fermented Malt <br />Beverage Liquor License — 1375 E South Boulder Rd <br />Carlson called for any changes to the consent agenda. Seeing none, <br />Kaufman moved the consent agenda be approved. Newell seconded. All <br />in favor. <br />VII. Authority Business <br />A. Change in Ownership Structure — SBUD LLC, d/b/a Starbuds <br />Louisville — Retail Marijuana Store License — 1156 W. Dillon Road <br />Unit 3 <br />There was discussion regarding the specifics of the change in ownership <br />structure. <br />Lipton moved the change in ownership structure be approved. Kaufman <br />seconded. All in favor. <br />Vill. Police Department Reports <br />Sergeant Redard did not have a report, but asked the authority if they wanted <br />public health reports. The authority decided an informal report during the <br />meetings would suffice. <br />Authority members asked for an update on the break in at Ajoya. Redard had <br />no new information. <br />
