Annual maintenance is not <br />expected to change. <br />- <br />Reference to Plan being implemented (i.e., Master Plan): <br />Justification and Alignment with Program/Sub-Program Goals & Key Performance Indicators: <br />The City has five defined potable water storage tanks: three finished water storage tanks with a capacity of 8.5 million gallons and two <br />clear well storage tanks located at each treatment facility. Under <br />State Regulation 11.28, water systems are required to perform a <br />comprehensive inspection and cleaning of its potable water storage tanks every five years. In order to provide water to residents without <br />interruption, the City has previously used dive contractors to perform <br />this work. This Project would complete the comprehensive <br />inspections and cleaning on all 5 potable water storage tanks in compliance with Regulation 11.28. <br />Department Priority Ranking: High <br />Request Number: (Finance Use) <br />
