Board of Adjustment <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 17, 2020 <br />Page 10 of 10 <br />Zuccaro says that the property owner would have to come back to the board in order to <br />do that. <br />Ewy says that if the city attorney cannot come to an agreement, would that have to <br />come back to the board? <br />Zuccaro says that staff would bring it back to the board and say that staff could not find <br />that the condition could be met and then the board would redeliberate. <br />Blanchard says that he is willing to work with city staff and the city attorney to create a <br />legal document that would satisfy the proposed condition made by Director Zuccaro. <br />Ewy says he would be in favor of approving this request. <br />Motion is made by Stuart to approve 104 Rose St's request for a variance from the <br />Residential -Low zone district standards to allow: <br />o Front Setback of 18'-9" where 25'-0" is required <br />o Rear Setback of T-0" where 25'-0" is required <br />o Side Setback of 5'-2" where T-0" is required <br />o Lot Coverage of 40% where a maximum of 30% is allowed <br />with the condition that has been presented by Director Zuccaro. Motion is seconded by <br />Cooper.
