Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />July 27, 2020 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the <br />Authority and the consent agenda as a whole shall be approved not as individual items, <br />accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing <br />Authority or Authority Member specifically requests such item be considered under "Authority <br />Business". In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Agenda" and the <br />Authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those <br />items so approved under the heading "Consent Agenda" will appear in the Authority minutes <br />in their proper order. <br />A. Kaufman moved <br />the consent agenda be approved. Machado seconded. All in favor. <br />VII. Authority Business <br />A. Stipulation — Union Jack Liquor Inc. d/b/a Union Jack Liquor — Retail <br />Liquor Store Liquor License — 1160 South Boulder Road — 03/26/2020 <br />Incident <br />Carlson reviewed the stipulation for Union Jack Liquor. <br />Prosecutor Gollin reviewed the stipulation as well and introduced Doug <br />Harper as the owner and operator of Union Jack Liquor. Gollin proceeded to <br />review the police report from the incident. <br />Carlson asked the Authority if there were any questions. Lipton asked if the <br />manager was new. There was discussion on the manager who had been <br />there for a few years and has since been terminated. <br />
