A quorum was present and Board President Gurganus called the meeting to order at <br />about 6:33 pm. <br />II. Approval of Agenda: The agenda was approved by general consent. <br />IV. Approval of previous minutes: The minutes from March 12, 2020 were approved by general <br />consensus pending the correction of three items, two relating to capturing action items from the last <br />meeting and one correcting the language of the boardroom policy as approved in that meeting. <br />VI. Public Comments: There were no public comments. <br />VII. Trustee Informational Comments on Pertinent Items Not on the Agenda: There were none <br />Vill. New Business <br />
