Motion passes unanimously by a roll call vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Howe moves and Williams seconds a motion to approve the June 25, 2020, with <br />Commissioner Diehl's correction, July 9, 2020, and July 16, 2020 minutes.
