Boulder, CO Municipal Code <br />9/25/20, 2:13 PM <br />7-5-17. - Pedestrian Crossing at Other Than Crosswalk. <br />(a) No pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than by a route at right angles to the curb or by <br />the shortest route to the opposite curb. <br />(b) Where a traffic control signal is in operation at an intersection, no pedestrian shall cross a <br />roadway within fifty feet of the crosswalk at the intersection except in the crosswalk in <br />conformance with Section 7-5-15, "Pedestrian Obedience to Traffic Signal Required," B.R.C. <br />1981. <br />(c) The provisions of this section do not apply to pedestrians crossing in crosswalks or in <br />accordance with Subsection 7-5-15(d), B.R.C. 1981, or pedestrians walking along and upon <br />streets designated as shared streets. <br />Ordinance Nos. 7965 (2014); 7996 (2014) <br />about:blank Page 1 of 1 <br />19 <br />
