SUBJECT: PROPOSED 2021-2022 OPERATING & CAPITAL BUDGETS <br />DATE: SEPTEMBER 29, 2020 PAGE 3 OF 4 <br />Staff is seeking feedback and direction on the proposed budget documents. To assist <br />with the review and discussion, attached are the following documents from the September <br />22, 2020 meeting: <br />1. The Council Communication. <br />2. The City Manager's Transmittal Letter, with the following attachments: <br />a. Summary of Variable Hours and Projected Wage Costs. <br />b. 2021-2022 Biennial Operating & Capital Budget presented by Fund. <br />c. 2021-2022 Biennial Operating & Capital Budget presented by Program and <br />Sub -Program. <br />d. 2021-2026 Capital Improvements Plan. <br />Staff will be available to facilitate the discussion, answer questions, and present impacts <br />to the Long -Term Financial Model based on requested changes to the inputs. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />See attachments. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Provide feedback and direction on the City Manager's Recommended Budget. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />From the September 22, 2020 meeting: <br />1.
