Monarch <br />Limited green fees and unlimited range balls <br />* Unlimited green fees weekdays and after 1 pm on Weekends and holidays <br />7 days in advance to make a tee time <br />Golf Outings <br />Golf outings have historically been priced off the premise that guaranteed income, even at a discounted rate, was better <br />than taking a chance that tee times would go unutilized. In 2020 we had no problem filling tee times and anticipate the <br />same level of demand going forward. Due to the design and size of our facilities we dedicate more staff to conduct <br />quality events. This creates a less profitable event for the golf course. The food & beverage concessionaire has the <br />same issue. Discounting products while increasing staff to overcome facility limitations makes golf outings less desirable <br />from a profit and loss standpoint. <br />The 2021 outing green fee structure has changed to account for both conditions. <br />Green fee structure is based off the highest Dynamic Green fee rate <br />Weekend $ 79 plus cart plus tournament fee $ 117 pp <br />Weekday $ 59 plus cart plus tournament fee $ 87 pp <br />Golf Tournaments <br />Golf tournaments are events conducted by state or regional organizations. Historically they are produced with a 50% <br />green fee and is viewed primarily as a marketing component for the golf course. We will not be hosting any golf <br />tournaments in the near future. <br />In 2020, Golf Leagues around Denver were cancelled by many facilities. The historic pricing strategy mirrored that of <br />golf outings. A discount was allowed in lieu of guaranteed and repeat usage. <br />We have always discounted our leagues off the daily fee.
