She gave information on how the meeting process will work and <br />directions for those dialing in on how to participate when it is time for public comments. <br />City Manager Balser stated Boulder County Public Health (BCPH) has seen a large <br />increase in COVID cases from CU students. If this continues it could push the County to a <br />higher level of restrictions again.
