Copies of all pricing and bid information shall be sent to the Owner
and ArtHouse Design. The Fabricator shall base their proposal on
the performance of all items of service including labor, materials,
However, any such recommendations must be approved in writing by
the Owner and ArtHouse Design at the time of bid. Should the Fabricator
be contracted based on a proposal that assumes substitutions that
have not been properly approved, the Fabricator shall be responsible
for providing all elements as originally indicated at their own expense
The Fabricator shall have a licensed structural, electrical and civil
engineer as part of their team, or as a sub -consultant.
B. Shop Drawings
and artwork, including locations of all material seams. Drawings shall
include elevations, plans, sections, and notes as required to clearly
convey fabrication intent.
The shop drawings will be reviewed for aesthetic appearance and
compatibility with the overall visual design intent. Upon review, the
Fabricator shall make all requested revisions and resubmit as required.
All materials, finishes, and content are subject to revision until final
submittals have been approved. A complete set of approved submittals
must be received from both the Owner and ArtHouse Design before
