RESOLUTION NO. 7 <br />SERIES 2020 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DRAFT ORDINANCE <br />APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A REZONING OF LOTS 1 AND 2, CRYSTAL <br />ESTATES REPLAT A LOCATED AT 1655 COURTESY ROAD AND 1655 CANNON <br />CIRCLE FROM THE COMMERCIAL BUSINESS (CB) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE <br />COMMERCIAL COMMUNITY — MIXED USE ZONE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a zone change from Commercial Business to Commercial Community — <br />Mixed Use for Lots 1 and 2, Crystal Estates Replat A located at 1655 Courtesy Road and <br />1655 Cannon Circle. <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville subdivision and zoning regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on July 16, 2020, where evidence and testimony were entered into <br />the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission staff report dated <br />July 16, 2020; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a draft ordinance approving a <br />request for a zone change from Commercial Business to Commercial Community — <br />Mixed Use for Lots 1 and 2, Crystal Estates Replat A located at 1655 Courtesy Road <br />and 1655 Cannon Circle. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 161h day of July, 2020. <br />Thomas Sullivan Rice, Vice Chair <br />Planning Commission <br />Attest: <br />Debra Williams, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />
