Councilmember Leh moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Councilmember Lipton. All in favor. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA AND THE CONSENT AGENDA Paul Crowder, 296 South Buchanan Circle, asked the City to verify that none of the employees of the Louisville Police Department are members of hate groups identified by the Southern Poverty Law Center. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked for a motion. Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by Councilmember Dickinson. All in favor. A. Approval of Bills B. Approval of Minutes: October 6, 2020 C. Approval of Contract Between the City of Louisville and Velocity Constructors, Inc. for the Construction of the Sid Copland and Howard Berry Water Treatment Plants Fluoride Equipment Replacement Project and Approval of Addendum for Management Services with JVA, Inc. F. Approval of Execution of Contract with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP for Utility Billing Services COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Mayor Stolzmann noted there is information on the City's website with information on the professional standards for the Police Department. Councilmember Leh encouraged people to get out to vote. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT City Manager Balser noted there is a Voter Services Center at the Recreation Center should anyone want to vote in person. She added current COVID case numbers are trending upwards and staff is monitoring closely. She also stated the Louisville Police Department is helping the Boulder Sherriff's Office with the two wildfires currently burning in the county.
