City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 20, 2020 <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />Mayor Stolzmann called for changes to the agenda and hearing none asked for a motion. <br />Councilmember Leh moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Councilmember Lipton. <br />All in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA AND THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Paul Crowder, 296 South Buchanan Circle, asked the City to verify that none of the <br />employees of the Louisville Police Department are members of hate groups identified by <br />the Southern Poverty Law Center. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked for <br />a motion. Approval of Execution of Contract with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP for <br />Utility Billing Services <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted there is information on the City's website with information on the <br />professional standards for the Police Department. <br />Councilmember Leh encouraged people to get out to vote. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Balser noted there is a Voter Services Center at the Recreation Center <br />should anyone want to vote in person. She added current COVID case numbers are <br />trending upwards and staff is monitoring closely. She also stated the Louisville Police <br />Department is helping the Boulder Sherriff's Office with the two wildfires currently burning <br />in the county. <br />
