NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ORDINANCE No.1801, SERIES 2020 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, to be held on November <br />2, 2020pat the hour of 6:00 p.m., in an electronicl ppmeeting,ggthed City <br />Council will hold a oon <br />f a 0r ELEeed IC ORDINANCENAHearingDOPTING BY he REFERENCEeTHE 2020 NA- <br />E. <br />Published in the Daily Camera on October 25, 2020 with full ordi- <br />nance. <br />ORDINANCE NO.1801 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 2020 NATIONAL <br />ELECTRIC CODE <br />WHEREAS, the City Councilhas adopted from time to time cer- <br />tain building and construction standards including editions of the <br />National Electric Code; and <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the interest of the public <br />health, safety and general welfare to adopt by reference thereto <br />the updated edition of the National Electric Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, after proper notice as required by <br />law, has held a public hearing on this ordinance providing for the <br />adoption of said code; and <br />WHEREAS, the 2020 National Electric Code has been submitted <br />to the City. Council in writing and the City Council has determined <br />that such code should be adopted as herein set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. COLORADO: <br />Section 1. Chapter 15.48 of. the .Louisville Municipal Code is <br />hereby repealed and reenacted to read as follows: <br />Chapter 15.48 <br />NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE <br />Sec. 15.48.010..Adoption. <br />Sec. 15.48.020.
