RESOLUTION NO. 77 <br />SERIES 2020 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO ALLOW T USE GROUP <br />51. PET CARE BUSINESS AND A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN 8,700 SQUARE -FOOT, SINGLE -STORY BUILDING <br />AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS AT 578 S. PIERCE AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, Dogs for Days, LLC has submitted an application for a Special Review <br />Use for Use Group 51, Pet Care Business, and a Planned Unit Development to allow <br />construction of an 8,700 square -foot, single -story building and associated site <br />improvements at 578 S. Pierce Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on September 10, 2020, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission staff report dated September 10, 2020, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval the Special Review Use and Planned Unit <br />Development with no conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on October 6, 2020, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated October 6, <br />2020. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Special Review Use for Use Group 51, Pet <br />Care Business, and a Planned Unit Development to allow construction of a single -story <br />building and associated site improvements for property at 578 S.
