RESOLUTION NO. 88 <br />SERIES 2020 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO ALLOW A 20-FOOT <br />TALL FREESTANDING WIRELESS FACILITY AT 858 COAL CREEK CIRCLE <br />WHEREAS, CableLabs has submitted an application for a Special Review Use for <br />a 20-foot tall freestanding wireless facility at 858 Coal Creek Circle on Lot 1, Coal Creek <br />Business Park; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on October 8, 2020, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission staff report dated October 8, 2020, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval the Special Review Use with no conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on November 2, 2020, where evidence and testimony were entered into <br />the record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated November <br />2, 2020. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Special Review Use for a 20-foot tall <br />freestanding wireless facility at 858 Coal Creek Circle on Lot 1, Coal Creek Business <br />Park <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 2020. <br />In <br />Attest:'//� <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />0_4_02� A� T= <br />Ashley S I mann, Mayor <br />Resolution No. 88, Series 2020 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
