I IA Cityaf <br />Om Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 28, 2013 <br />City Hall, Council Chamber. <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Lipton called the meeting to order at 6:35 P.M. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Jeff Lipton, Chairman <br />Chris Pritchard, Vice-chairman <br />Jeff Moline <br />Scott Russell <br />Steve Brauneis <br />Commission Members Absen <br />Staff Members Presen <br />Approval of Agen <br />Lipton moved and Pritrd seconded a motion to approve the agenda. Motion <br />passed by voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes — <br />➢ January 24, 2013 <br />Lipton moved and Brauneis seconded a motion to approve the January 24, 2013 <br />minutes as prepared by staff. Motion passed by voice vote. <br />Public Comments: Items not on the Agenda <br />Linda Newbold, property owner of the property at the southwest corner of South <br />Boulder Road and Main Street, discussed the proposed realignment of Main Street. <br />She further explained their surprise of the option because they had not been <br />contacted by anyone from the City of Louisville.
