RESOLUTION NO. 11 <br />SERIES 2013 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD), FINAL PLAT, AND SPECIAL REVIEW USE (SRU) TO <br />PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF FIVE (3) BUILDINGS, ONE (1) OF WHICH WILL <br />CONTAIN A TOTAL OF 111 APARTMENT UNITS IN THREE (3) SEPARATE <br />TOWERS OVER STRUCTURED PARKING, AND TWO (2) OF WHICH WILL <br />CONTAIN 33,700 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL DEVELOPMENT, ON TRACT ONE OF <br />THE LOUISVILLE NORTH, FILING 7 SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT 707 E SOUTH <br />BOULDER ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a final planned unit development (PUD), final plat, and <br />special review use (SRU) to permit the construction of three (3) buildings, one (1) of <br />which will contain a total of 111 apartment units in three (3) separate towers over <br />structured parking, and two (2) of which will contain 33,700 square feet of retail <br />development, on tract one of the Louisville North, Filing 7 subdivision located at 707 E <br />South Boulder Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br />comply with Louisville Municipal Code Sec. 17.28.170, and Sec. 17.40.100; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on June 13, 2013, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated June 13, 2013, the Planning <br />Commission finds the Final PUD Plan, Final plat, and SRU should be approved with the <br />following condition; <br />The change panel sign shown on the western fagade of the building be <br />removed from the sign plan. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a final planned unit <br />development (PUD), final plat, and special review use (SRU) to permit the construction <br />of three (3) buildings, one (1) of which will contain a total of 111 apartment units in three <br />(3) separate towers over structured parking, and two (2) of which will contain 33,700 <br />square feet of retail development, on tract one of the Louisville North, Filing 7 <br />subdivision located at 707 E South Boulder Road with the following condition; <br />The change panel sign shown on the western fagade of the building be <br />removed from the sign plan. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 2013. <br />Attest: <br />By: <br />Ann O'Connell, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />Jeff Lipton, Chairman <br />Planning Commission <br />
