The letter of approval is attached. <br />Russ reviewed the Bittersweet Administrative SRU approval. <br />Russ briefly reviewed the approval of the 2013 Comprehensive Plan Update and <br />upcoming projects regarding Small Area Plans. <br />Lipton complemented staff on a well developed Comp Plan update. <br />Item: - ntatively Scheduled for Next Regular Meeting: June 13, 2013 <br />Loftus Development, Inc. (Village Square Mixed Use): a request for <br />a final planned unit development (PUD) plan and a special review use <br />RU) to allow for the development of Village Square Mixed Use <br />ject, (former Safeway site) consisting of two (2) retail buildings and <br />three (3) residential buildings.
