The following terminals at the Guarding Agency require access to the Guarded Agency's ORI(s): Additional Terms This section allows for the stipulation of additional terms of this Guard Agreement, if any, between these two agencies (alternatively, an additional document may be appended to this one): The Guarded Agency is responsible for notifying the CBI of any system outages or security incidents. Furthermore, it is the Guarded Agency's responsibility to follow CCIC/NCIC protocols and conduct proper notifications when required i.e. any requests for state-wide AMBER Alerts and other alerts will need to be made by the Guarded Agency to the CBI, as per protocol. The Guarded Agency is responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of it's entries in the CCIC/NCIC systems. The Guarded Agency is also responsible for responding to any CBI/FBI initiated audits.
