RESOLUTION N0.3 <br />SERIES 2009 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE AND WESTERN DISPOSAL SERVICES, INC. FOR RESIDENTIAL <br />REFUSE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville desires to establish a City refuse and recycling <br />collection services program; and <br />WHEREAS, Western Disposal Services, Inc. provides refuse and recyclables collection <br />services; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to obtain the services of Western Disposal Services, Inc. to <br />collect refuse and recyclables within the City of Louisville;; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has evaluated the service proposal submitted by Western Disposal <br />Services, Inc. and wishes to enter into an agreement for the- collection of refuse and recycling; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1. The Agreement for Residential Refuse and Recycling Collection Services between <br />the City of Louisville and Western Disposal Services, Inc. (the "Agreement") is hereby approved <br />in essentially the same form as the copy of such Agreement accompanying this Resolution. <br />2.
