SECTION 3. A 50 cent per month administrative fee shall be added to each account <br />subject to Ordinance No. 1545. <br />SECTION 5. Residences that do not use City service and that are not excluded from City <br />service as set forth in Section 8.64.070 of the Louisville Municipal Code shall be charged a <br />minimum monthly charge of $11.20. <br />SECTION 6. Rates, fees and charges hereunder shall be billed in conjunction with the bill <br />for City water service. For residences that do not have .a water billing account, there shall be <br />established an account for billings hereunder. <br />SECTION 7.
