RESOLUTION NO. 10, <br />SERIES 2009 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE JOHN BRE;AUX MEMORIAL COMMITTEE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Charter Section 10-2(f), the City Council desires to establish <br />the John Breaux Memorial Committee to provide advisory recommendations regarding a <br />permanent memorial in honor of John Breaux. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1. There is hereby created the John Breaux T/Iemorial Committee ("Committee") to <br />provide advisory recommendations regarding a permanent memorial in honor of John Breaux. The <br />Committee shall consist of not more than ten (10) member;; to be appointed by the Mayor with the <br />consent of the City Council. The Committee's goals and responsibilities shall include providing <br />advisory oversight and recommendations regarding a permanent memorial in honor of John Breaux <br />and related issues.
