(Moved to item VI. G) <br /> <br />Manager Registration - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc., d/b/a Chipotle Mexican Grill - <br />Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 375 S. McCaslin Blvd., #D. <br /> <br />Member I~mmett stated that the licensee for Blue Parrot Caf6 did not check a box on the first page <br />of the renewal application. Member Jeffers moved to approve the Consent Agenda contingent on <br />the completion of the Blue Parrot application. Member Kimmett seconded the motion. All <br />members were in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Proposed Stipulation and Agreement - Bungalow Wine & Liquors, Inc., d/b/a <br />Bungalow Wine & Spirits - Retail Liquor Store Liquor License - 645 S. Boulder <br />Road. <br /> <br />Special Prosecutor Mark Shapiro and counsel for the licensee, Attorney J.Y. Kang greeted the <br />Authority. Attorney Shapiro stated that he had a signed copy of the Stipulation and Agreement and <br />submitted it to Deputy City Clerk Bolte for the record. <br /> <br />Attorney Shapiro summarized the contents of the agreement, which included that the licensee must <br />sell his business on or before November 11, 2001, that the transaction be a bona fide arms length <br />transaction, and that the licensee shall not apply for a liquor license in the City of Louisville for a <br />period of two years. <br /> <br />Attorney Shapiro stated that he and Attorney Kang are also requesting a continuance of the Show <br />Cause Hearing to November 19, 2001, at which time affidavits of the licensee and the purchaser will <br />be presented as proof that the sale has taken place. <br /> <br />Chairperson Lipton asked members if they had any questions for the attorneys. <br /> <br />Authority Attorney Harrington stated that Deputy City Clerk Bolte had received a transfer <br />application from the proposed purchaser. Clerk Bolte stated that the application had been received <br />that afternoon, and that the applicant is scheduled for fingerprinting October 30th. <br /> <br />Member Jeffers asked if the current licensee would continue to operate the business pending <br />approval of the transfer application. Attorney Kang stated that the proposed purchaser would be <br />obtaining a temporary liquor permit. Deputy City Clerk Bolte stated that an application for a <br />temporary permit had been submitted and that the applicant will operate off that permit until the <br />Authority makes a determination on the transfer application. <br /> <br />Attorney Kang stated that he had signed affidavits from the current licensee, Chan Soo Lee, and the <br />proposed purchaser, Hyun Joo Seo, confirming that they did not know each other.
