<br />Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: May 24, 2004 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and <br />the consent agenda as a whole shall be approved not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the <br />Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests <br />that such item be considered under "Authority Business". In such an event the item shall be removed <br />from the "Consent Agenda" and the Authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing <br />on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Agenda" will appear in the <br />Authority minutes in their proper order. <br /> <br />A. Renewal Application - Barn Store #21 - 3.2 Percent Beer Retail License- <br />947 Pine Street <br /> <br />B. Renewal Application - Noodles and Company - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor <br />License - 1100 W. Dillon Road <br /> <br />C. Renewal Application - Marsco, LLC d/b/a The Huckleberry - Hotel and <br />Restaurant Liquor License - 700 Main St. <br /> <br />Koertje called for any changes to the consent agenda. <br /> <br />Mulvahill moved the Consent Agenda be approved. Paige seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Rommelfanger-yes, Mulvahill-yes, Wilson-yes, Paige-yes and Koertje -yes. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Public Hearing - New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License Application - <br />Sanabria Enterprise, Inc. d/b/a Abo's Pizza- 1355 South Boulder Rd. C2 <br /> <br />Chairperson Koertje opened the public hearing on the application for a Hotel and <br />Restaurant Liquor License for Abo's Pizza. Secretary Hanson reported the application <br />was complete, fingerprint records had come back from the State showing history as <br />noted in the packet, posting and publishing had been done in accordance with State law <br />and she saw no reason to deny the application. <br /> <br />Chairperson Koertje called for any Authority member disclosures. Hearing none, he <br />reported the boundaries of the neighborhood had previously been set as the current <br />boundaries of the City of Louisville. He asked for any objections to those boundaries. <br />No objections were entered. The public hearing proceeded. <br /> <br />Chairperson Koertje moved the entire application as contained in the Authority packet <br />be made a part of the record of the hearing. Paige seconded.
