Planning Funds Industrial Annexations <br />2. Water Reservoir, Water Rights Acquisition and <br />Water Main Improvements <br />3. Our share 1975 Coal Creek Project Costs <br />4. Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion <br />5. Street Overlay Program <br />6. Needed Improvements City Shops <br />7. Street, Water and other Improvements <br />Industrial Area <br />8. Park Improvements <br />9. Trail Acquisition <br />10. City Hall Improvements <br />11. Codification of City Ordinances <br />The revenue picture for 1975 does not look to promising because <br />of the national economic picture plus the interest rates on housing <br />and the status of natural gas. At that we should bear in mind that <br />the revenues we have projected by in large are directly related to <br />growth. When the growth stops the major source of our revenue stops. <br />As I stated in the 1974 message a thorough study must be made of <br />our revenue requirements so that a growth policy can be adopted that <br />will guarantee sufficient revenues to accomplish our projected <br />
