McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Paige called for any changes to the consent agenda. <br /> <br />Lipton moved the Consent Agenda be approved. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call <br />Vote: Paige-yes, Mulvahill-yes, Rommelfanger-yes and Lipton -yes. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Modification of Premises - Hajloo, Inc. d/b/a Old Sante Fe Mexican Grille - <br />Hotel and Restaurant License - 994 Dillon Road <br /> <br />Asghar Hajloo, owner of Old Sante Fe Mexican Grille, introduced himself to the <br />Authority. He reported the restaurant is adding a patio for outdoor dining and want it <br />included in the liquor license. <br /> <br />The Authority members asked Mr. Hajloo questions concerning security and control on <br />the patio. Mr. Hajloo replied there would be constant monitoring of the patio by staff <br />and there is a 4-foot fence around the entire patio. <br /> <br />Lipton moved the Authority approve the modification of premises. Rommelfanger <br />seconded. Roll Call Vote: Paige-yes, Mulvahill-yes, Lipton-yes and Rommelfanger-yes. <br />The motion carried. <br /> <br />B. Discussion/Direction - House Bill 04-1021 <br /> <br />This bill concerns the ability of retail liquor stores to hold tastings at their establishments <br />if the municipality decides to "opt-in" and creates a resolution or ordinance to do so. <br />Member Rommelfanger asked about the opting in and if the Authority saw it as a good <br />option, should that recommendation go from this Authority to the Council.
