Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Paige-yes, Mulvahill-yes, <br />Rommelfanger-yes and Lipton-yes. The motion carried. <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br /> <br />A. Incident Report - Druids Arms - 5/31/04 <br /> <br />This incident involved a party visiting from out of town being attacked and robbed <br />behind Druids Arms. The victim not cooperating fully limited the follow up investigation. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />A. Louisville Liquor Lore - copies were included in the packet. <br /> <br />Secretary Hanson reported she would be issuing a temporary license for a new tenant <br />in what was Louisville Liquors on Pine Street. The new tenant is applying for a transfer <br />of the license by operation of law since the landlord took back the property.
