In such an event the item shall be removed <br />from the "Consent Agenda" and the Authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing <br />on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Agenda" will appear in the <br />Authority minutes in their proper order. <br /> <br />A. Renewal Application - Outback Steakhouse #0616 - Hotel and Restaurant <br />Liquor License - 988 Dillon Road <br /> <br />B. Renewal Application - T. Ph am Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Brass Monkey Wine <br />and Spirits - Retail Liquor Store License - 1387 A South Boulder Road <br /> <br />C. Renewal Application - Baja in the Rockies, LLC d/b/a Wahoo's Fish Taco- <br />Hotel and Restaurant License - 1148 W. Dillon Road <br /> <br />Lipton called for any changes to the consent agenda. <br /> <br />Mulvahill moved the Consent Agenda be approved. Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Wilson-yes, Mulvahill-yes, Rommelfanger-yes and Lipton -yes. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Public Hearing - New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 3 Margaritas <br />XVI, Inc. d/b/a 3 Margaritas XVI - 592 S. McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Authority member Lipton opened the public hearing on the application for a Hotel and <br />Restaurant Liquor License for 3 Margaritas XVI. Secretary Hanson reported the <br />application was complete, fingerprint records had come back from the State showing no <br />criminal history, posting and publishing had been done in accordance with State law <br />and she saw no reason to deny the application. <br /> <br />Lipton called for any Authority member disclosures. Hearing none, she reported the <br />boundaries of the neighborhood had previously been set as the current boundaries of <br />the City of Louisville. She asked for any objections to those boundaries. No objections <br />were entered. The public hearing proceeded. <br /> <br />Lipton moved the entire application as contained in the Authority packet be made a part <br />of the record of the hearing. Mulvahill seconded. All were in favor.
