Fidler <br />Premises affected 630 Front St., Louisville, Colorado <br />Ills° <br />terminus of a recently placed 61 high solid wooden fence to the sidewalk. <br />..After a public hearing the Board of Adjustment voted to vary the <br />Zoning ordinance and hereby authorize the Building Inspector' <br />Referring to the above petition for a variation from the requirements of the <br />Zoning (Section 4-112 Fences, Walls & Hedes'L ordinance; <br />as to permit extension of nj61 high solid wooden fence from the Present West <br />to issue permits for the above, based on the following conditions: <br />All permits necessary for the prosecution of the work shall be obtained <br />within months, and the work shall be completed within 2 months <br />from the date of this notice.
