Renewal Application - Union Jack Liquors, Inc. d/b/a Union Jack Liquors- <br />Retail Liquor Store License - 1160 South Boulder Road <br /> <br />Koertje called for any changes to the consent agenda. <br /> <br />Mulvahill moved the Consent Agenda be approved. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call <br />Vote: Rommelfanger-yes, Mulvahill-yes, Wilson-yes, Paige-yes and Koertje -yes. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Public Hearing - New Tavern License Application - The Lodge at Balfour <br />Operations, LLC d/b/a The Lodge at Balfour - 1855 Plaza Dr. <br /> <br />Chairperson Koertje opened the public hearing on the application for a Tavern Liquor <br />License for The Lodge at Balfour. Secretary Hanson reported the application was <br />complete and fingerprint records were filed with the State. She stated posting and <br />publishing had been done in accordance with State law and she saw no reason to deny <br />the application. <br /> <br />Chairperson Koertje called for any Authority member disclosures. Hearing none, he <br />reported the boundaries of the neighborhood had previously been set as the current <br />boundaries of the City of Louisville. He asked for any objections to those boundaries. <br />No objections were entered. The public hearing proceeded. <br /> <br />Chairperson Koertje moved the entire application as contained in the Authority packet <br />be made a part of the record of the hearing. Mulvahill seconded. Attorney Light handed <br />out a letter from the applicant's attorney that was not included in the packet. Koertje <br />amended his motion to include the letter dated August 5,2004 as part of the record. <br />Mulvahill accepted the amendment. All were in favor. The motion was adopted. <br /> <br />Michael K.
