DiGiacor;o Addn. (1133 Harper St.) <br />Referring to the above petition for a variation from the requirements of the <br />Article L1, Section 4-112 of the Zoning <br />ordinance; <br />so as to paLmit The reduction of a .rewired yard set back for a 5 ft. high solid wood <br />fence from 25 ft. to 21 ft; additionally arended to permit the reduction of a required <br />open space in a 42inch high'wood picket fence to 67% open space. <br />After a public hearing the Board of Adjustment voted to vary the <br />Zoning <br />ordinance and hereby authorize the Building Inspector <br />to issue permits for the above, based on the following conditions: <br />All permits necessary for the prosecution of the work shall be obtained <br />within 2 months, and the work shall be completed within 6 months <br />from the data of this notice.
