(Formerly - 1909 Strathmore St.) Lot 8, Louisville <br />North Addition, Louisville <br />Preferring to the above petition for a variation from the requirements of the <br />Section 2-102 (B) Yard & Bulk Requirement Zoning <br />ordinance; <br />so as to permit A reduction of the required set back of a rear yard from <br />25 feet to 22 feet; and a reduction of the square footage requirement of a corner <br />lot from 8,000 square feat to 7,500 square feat. <br />After a public hearing the Board•of Adjustment voted to.vary the <br />Zoning - 2-102 (B) ordinance and hereby authorize the Building Inspector <br />to issue permits for the above, based on the following conditions: <br />All permits necessary for the prosecution of the work shall be - obtained <br />within 2 months, and the work shall be completed within 6 months <br />from the date of this notice. <br />Signed: <br />Board of Adjustment <br />
