Ft. to 6,721 Sq. ._mot. (2) The reduction of the Lot size of Lot 62, <br />18b5 Garfield Ave. fro;r. 7,C00 Sq. Ft. to b,t955 So. ;it* O)Jhe reduction of the <br />front yard set back of Lot 62, 1865 Garfield Ave. from 25 mot. to 18 Ft. at overhang <br />After a public hearing the Board of Adjustment voted to vary the <br />Sec. 2-102 (B) Zoning ordinance and hereby authorize the Building Inspector <br />to issue permits for the above, based on the following conditions: <br />All permits necessary for the prosecution of the work shall be obtained <br />within -- months, and the work shall be completed within ** months <br />from the date of this notice. <br />As required and as Construction schedules dictate. <br />Boat of Adjustment <br />X1`3(L) The reduction of the Lot size of Lot 74, 353 peerless St. from <br />7,CCO Sq.
