City Council
Meeting Minutes
December 15, 2020
MOTION: Councilmember Dickinson moved to approve the resolution; seconded by
Councilmember Brown.
Councilmember Dickinson stated he supports the application but wondered if Council
would be interested in waiving the one -space parking requirement. He stated the location
of the parking space might have a better use than parking. Councilmember Fahey
agreed.
Mayor Pro Tern Maloney stated he supports the application but does not support waiving
the parking requirement. He feels the live -work unit should have a parking space and
noted the owner will need to find other parking for delivery vehicles.
Mayor Stolzmann stated she too supports the application as it meets the criteria for a
PUD.
Mayor Stolzmann closed the public hearing.
Roll Call Vote motion passed by unanimous roll call vote.
RESOLUTION NO. 101, SERIES 2020 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING CENTENNIAL
VALLEY BUSINESS PARK FILING NO.1, REPLAT A — 459 MCCASLIN BOULEVARD
Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item and asked for any disclosures. There were no
disclosures. Mayor Stolzmann opened the public hearing.
Director Zuccaro stated this is a request to subdivide this lot into two parcels. They are
currently under one ownership but this would allow selling them independently. Each lot
meets the respective PUD and zoning standards, but some shared use areas need to be
formalized. He reviewed the site and proposed split.
Staff finds the subdivision meet all criteria and recommends approval of the resolution
with one condition: prior to recordation of the plat, the applicant shall work with Public
Works to provide an amendment to the existing Permanent Stormwater Best
Management Practices Maintenance Agreement to address how the facilities will be
maintained with shared use between lots.
Public Comments — None.
MOTION: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the resolution with the condition;
seconded by Councilmember Leh.
Mayor Stolzmann closed the public hearing.
Roll Call Vote motion passed by unanimous roll call vote.
