City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 15, 2020 <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />MOTION: Councilmember Dickinson moved to approve the resolution; seconded by <br />Councilmember Brown. <br />Councilmember Dickinson stated he supports the application but wondered if Council <br />would be interested in waiving the one -space parking requirement. He stated the location <br />of the parking space might have a better use than parking. Councilmember Fahey <br />agreed. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Maloney stated he supports the application but does not support waiving <br />the parking requirement. He feels the live -work unit should have a parking space and <br />noted the owner will need to find other parking for delivery vehicles. <br />Mayor Stolzmann stated she too supports the application as it meets the criteria for a <br />PUD. <br />Mayor Stolzmann closed the public hearing. <br />Roll Call Vote motion passed by unanimous roll call vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 101, SERIES 2020 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING CENTENNIAL <br />VALLEY BUSINESS PARK FILING NO.1, REPLAT A — 459 MCCASLIN BOULEVARD <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item and asked for any disclosures. There were no <br />disclosures. Mayor Stolzmann opened the public hearing. <br />Director Zuccaro stated this is a request to subdivide this lot into two parcels. They are <br />currently under one ownership but this would allow selling them independently. Each lot <br />meets the respective PUD and zoning standards, but some shared use areas need to be <br />formalized. He reviewed the site and proposed split. <br />Staff finds the subdivision meet all criteria and recommends approval of the resolution <br />with one condition: prior to recordation of the plat, the applicant shall work with Public <br />Works to provide an amendment to the existing Permanent Stormwater Best <br />Management Practices Maintenance Agreement to address how the facilities will be <br />maintained with shared use between lots. <br />Public Comments — None. <br />MOTION: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the resolution with the condition; <br />seconded by Councilmember Leh. <br />Mayor Stolzmann closed the public hearing. <br />Roll Call Vote motion passed by unanimous roll call vote. <br />
