Call to order: Commission Chair Paula Elrod called the meeting to order at <br />6:31 PM <br />II. Roll call: <br />Commission Members Present: Paula Elrod, Joe Teasdale, Jennifer <br />Henderson, John Honan, Scott McElroy, Leah Angstman, and Jonathan Ferris <br />Commission Members Absent: None <br />City Representatives Present: <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator <br />Sharon Nemechek, Director Library & Museum Services <br />Debby Fahey, City Council Member <br />III. Approval of agenda: Members approved the agenda, vote 7 to 0 <br />IV. Public comments: None <br />V. Approval of Sept. 21, 2020 regular meeting minutes: Members approved <br />minutes, vote 7 to 0 <br />VI. Updates on buildings and campus — Bridget and Sharon: <br />A. Relocation of ash pit: The Foundation funded the project to move the <br />early 1900s ash pit from its current location to the Museum campus. At <br />this point the ash pit was broken down by a brick mason into individual <br />bricks. Next, the Museum is looking to put a concrete pad on the campus <br />so the brick mason can reassemble it. <br />VII.
