/c17y-1 <br />MINUTES <br />The Louisville Board of Appeals and Zoning Adjustment met on March 15, <br />1979 at 7:00 PM. Members present were as follow: <br />BOB ROSS - Chiirman <br />BOB DAVIES <br />FRANK VELASQUEZ <br />DON' ROSS <br />(IT;I, REED (Alternate) <br />QEORGE NORTHAM Secretary <br />Also present was Steve Ferris. The purpose of the meeting was to render <br />an interpretation regarding building commerical structures on lots in <br />commerically zoned districts which currently have sigle residences (a <br />non -conforming use), The question was whether or not this represents <br />an extension of a non -conforming use.
