Signs, Inc. <br />1980 - 2 (Sign "B") <br />Premises affected 900 West Delaney Road, Lot 1, Centennial Valley Subdivision, <br />2nd Filing <br />Referring to the above petition for a variation from the requirements of <br />the LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE Section 17.24.160 <br />so as to permit the increase in size of themaximum gross surface area of a sign <br />in a non-residential district from 100 square feet to approximately 400 square feet. <br />After a public hearing the Board of Adjustment voted to vary the <br />LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 17.24.160 <br />; and hereby <br />authorizes the Building Inspector to issue permits as required for the above, <br />based on the following conditions: <br />All permits necessary for the prosecution of the work shall be <br />obtained within 6 months, and the work shall be completed <br />within 8 months from the date of this notice. <br />See attached sheet for conditions. <br />Signed: <br />
