Secretary called the'new terms of the members and Chairman: Robert Ross, Chairman: Robert Davies, Member: Gil Reed, Member: Don Pickett, Member: Don Ross, Member: 3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. A. Chairman Term expires December 31, 1980. Term expires December 31, 1980. Term expires December 31, 1982. Re -instated: Term expires December 31, 1982. Re -instated: Term expires December 31, 1982. Robert Davies nominated. Robert Ross. The motion was seconded by Don Pickett. There were no further nominations. Robert Ross was re-elected Chairman of the Board of Appeals and Board of Adjustment. B. Vice -Chairman Don Ross nominated Don Pickett. The motion was seconded by Bob Davies. Don Pickett then nominated Gil Reed. The motion was seconded by Don Ross. There were no further nominations._. Don Pickett. was elected Vice -Chairman by a vote of 4-1. Steve Ferris was thought to be the best man for the position of recording secretary. 4. BY-LAWS OF THE BOARD OF APPEALS AND BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT. John Rupp started out by asking if these were new By -Laws that replaced the ones presently in force.
