MINUTES OF <br />LOUISVILLE BOARD OF APPEALS AND ADJUSTMENTS <br />FEBRUARY 12, 1986 7:30 P.M. <br />Ray Sears called the meeting to order. The following members <br />were present: <br />Ray Sears <br />Robert Ross <br />Steve Pendergrast <br />Norman Laurence <br />Mike Beitzel <br />Kevin Morrissey <br />Dan Swires <br />Sears opened up nominations for the position of Chairman: <br />Robert Ross nominated Rays.Sears. It was seconded. <br />Ray Sears nominated Robert Ross. It was seconded. <br />Vote by ballot - 4 for.Sears, 3 for Ross <br />Sears opened up nominations for the position of Vice -Chairman: <br />Motion was made that Ross be Vice Chairman. It was seconded. <br />All in favor. Passes 7-0. <br />It was agreed that Thursdays are the first choice for future <br />meeting days with Wednesdays as back-up. The time should be 7:00 <br />p.m. <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m. <br />1 <br />
