CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />January 15, 1992 Meeting Minutes <br />The Board of Adjustment met in the City Council Chambers, Louisville City Hall, 749 <br />Main Street, Louisville, Colorado on January 15, 1992. The meeting was called to order <br />at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Ray Sears. <br />Board Members Present: <br />Ray Sears <br />Steve Pendergrast <br />Robert Ross <br />Neil Tillquist <br />Absent: Dan Swires <br />Alan Fyne <br />City Staff Present: Paul Wood <br />Also Present: Bob Von Eschen <br />Lowell Campbell <br />Beverly Campbell <br />Richard Howard <br />Tom Carter <br />Al Schroth <br />The first item on the agenda was the approval of minutes for the meetings of November <br />21 and December 18, 1991. Not all members were present tonight that were present for <br />the November and December meetings, therefore, Ray Sears made a motion to continue <br />approval of the meeting minutes until the members could be present. All in favor. None <br />opposed. <br />Chairman Sears opened the public hearing and read the certification. <br />Next item on the agenda: <br />Spectrum Building Enterprises, Inc. - The public hearing was advertised December <br />23, 1991. Robert Von Eschen presented on behalf of Spectrum Building <br />Enterprises. Von Eschen distributed notes he had made regarding this case to each <br />of the Board members. Chairman Sears entered these notes as Exhibit 1 into the <br />record. <br />This application pertains to the Windsong Amended Subdivision, 701 West Street, <br />Lot 9. The applicant is requesting a rear yard setback variance of fifteen (15) feet <br />1 <br />
