Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call <br />Vote: Rommelfanger-yes, Mulvahill-yes and Paige -yes. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Public Hearing - New Beer and Wine License - JCK Mak Holdings d/b/a East <br />West Grill - 1387 South Boulder Road Suite G <br /> <br />Vice-Chairperson Paige opened the public hearing on the application for a Beer and <br />Wine Liquor License for East West Grill. Secretary Hanson reported the application <br />was complete, fingerprint records had come back from the State showing no criminal <br />history, posting and publishing had been done in accordance with State law and she <br />saw no reason to deny the application. <br /> <br />Vice-Chairperson Paige called for any Authority member disclosures. Hearing none, <br />she reported the boundaries of the neighborhood had previously been set as the current <br />boundaries of the City of Louisville. She asked for any objections to those boundaries. <br />No objections were entered. The public hearing proceeded. <br /> <br />Vice-Chairperson Paige moved the entire application as contained in the Authority <br />packet be made a part of the record of the hearing.
