Replacing the deteriorating city's watermain and moving <br />it closer to existing vehicular access improves neighboring commercial properties' future utility <br />needs as well. <br />The presence of the ground floor Vintner's Restaurant (Cidery) and the Tavern / Food Hall will <br />have a significant positive economic impact to the city and the neighborhood; apart from the <br />availability of new jobs and supply -chain relationships, which will engender its own set of <br />economic benefits, this building and its tenant businesses will increase the property values of the <br />surrounding commercial and residential real estate. We propose, additionally, that the presence <br />of lighting and operating businesses at the location will make the area safer and cleaner. <br />6. Timeframe of implementation of the Project <br />The project will be presented to City Council on November 17. Anticipated Building Permit and <br />demolition application to be submitted November -December 2020. ROW work to start in Winter <br />2020/2021.
