RESOLUTION NO. 7, <br />SERIES 1996 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT <br />TO THE COAL CREEK PZCD ZONING AND <br />A SUBDIVISION REPLAT OF <br />THE AVISTA HEALTH PARK SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for an amendment to the Coal Creek PZCD Zoning and a Subdivision Replat of <br />the Avista Health Park Subdivision, to allow for the reconstruction of two homes; and, <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the rezoning and subdivision replat have been <br />reviewed by City staff and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br />subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that said PZCD rezoning and subdivision <br />replat for Avista Health Park Subdivision should be approved with the following condition: <br />1. The City and the Subdivider enter into an agreement reflecting that any future <br />utility extensions to serve the Health Park will be paid for by the Subdivider. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of the amendment to the Coal Creek <br />PZCD Zoning and a Subdivision Replat of the Avista Health Park Subdivision. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21 st day of March, 1996. <br />By: <br />ATTEST: <br />71Thit (14 t-411/4, <br />Tom McAvinew, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />Bill Boulet,`-Chairman <br />Planning Commission <br />
