Seventh Amended Public Health Order 20-36 COVID-19 Dial <br />February 12, 2021 <br />required for all indoor and outdoor services. Organized <br />recreational youth or adult league sports must instead follow the <br />requirements in Section II.F.2.n below. <br />2. Outdoor recreational activities in groups of 10 people or fewer <br />may occur, maintaining 6 feet Distancing Requirements between <br />non -household contacts. <br />n. Organized recreational youth or adult league sports are not authorized <br />for indoor settings. Virtual services may be provided, or outdoor <br />recreational sports in groups of 10 people or fewer may occur, maintaining <br />6 feet Distancing Requirements between non -household contacts. <br />o. Outdoor Guided Activities may be conducted at 25% capacity not to <br />exceed 10 people, whichever is less. <br />p. Children's Day Camps, Residential Camps, Youth Sports Day Camps <br />and Exempt Single Skill -Building Youth Camps may be conducted with <br />no more than 10 participants outdoors only. <br />q. Casinos are closed for in -person work and services under this Order but <br />may continue to carry out Minimum Basic Operations. <br />r. Critical Businesses and Critical Government Functions may continue <br />to operate without capacity limitations, except that Critical Retail must <br />adhere to 50% of the posted occupancy limit, but must follow the <br />requirements in Section III.B and C of this Order. <br />G. LEVEL PURPLE: EXTREME RISK <br />1. The metrics for Level Purple are as follows: <br />a. Statewide hospital capacity risks being breached, which may be indicated <br />by approaching the need for hospital crisis standards of care, or utilizing <br />alternate care sites, or <br />b. Extreme risk to individuals in the county, region or state as determined by <br />CDPHE. <br />2. Operating capacities, maintaining Distancing Requirements for nonhousehold <br />members, for designated sectors and activities in Level Purple are as follows: <br />a. Public and private gatherings involving two or more people of any <br />number of people occurring outside a residence are prohibited, except for <br />the limited purposes expressly authorized in this Order permitted in this <br />PHO and for the purpose of accessing or engaging in which include <br />EssentialNecessary Activities. Nothing in this PHO prohibits the <br />gathering of members living in the same residence. <br />All travel, including, but not limited to, travel by automobile or <br />public transit, except Necessary Travel is prohibited.
