k. Execution in Counterparts. This Agreement shall not be effective and binding upon any <br />Party until it is fully executed by all Parties. The Agreement may be executed in <br />counterparts. <br />1. Attorney Fees. If any judicial proceeding is brought to enforce any of the provisions of <br />this Agreement, including an action for specific performance and/or damages, the <br />prevailing party shall be entitled to recover the costs of such proceeding, including <br />reasonable attorney's fees and reasonable expert witness fees. <br />m. Expenses.
